About Puppy Groom
A puppy's first groom is less about the haircut and more about teaching them that this is a safe, ordinary thing that happens. Get that right and you've made every appointment for the next fifteen years easier.
We keep it short and low-pressure: a warm bath, a gentle dry on a low setting, a light tidy, and handling practice for the paws, ears, and face. If your puppy has had enough, we stop — finishing on a good note matters more than finishing the trim.

* Some coats simply need more time — heavy double coats, dense undercoats, and long silky hair all take extra brushing, drying, and scissoring. Common Questions
How old should my puppy be?
Generally around twelve to sixteen weeks, and after their vaccination schedule is far enough along. Check with your vet if you're unsure.
What if my puppy won't settle?
Then we do less. A short, calm, unfinished session beats a complete groom that leaves them frightened of the van.
