Blow Dry
A proper dry — the step that makes the difference between clean and finished.
About Blow Dry
Air-drying leaves a coat flat, damp at the roots, and prone to matting. A professional blow dry lifts and straightens the coat as it dries, which is what makes a haircut sit correctly and a double coat look full.
We use adjustable heat and speed, and we match both to your dog. Nervous dogs get lower airflow and more breaks. The dryer never sits pointed at the face, and we hand-finish the head and ears.
Who it's for
- Thick or double coats that stay wet at the skin for hours
- Any dog getting a haircut — the cut needs a dry, lifted coat
- Fluffy breeds where the finish is the whole point

* Some coats simply need more time — heavy double coats, dense undercoats, and long silky hair all take extra brushing, drying, and scissoring. These breeds, along with doodles and doodle mixes, are quoted individually based on size, coat condition, and the degree of matting. Call (714) 716-3015 for an exact quote.
Common Questions
Do you use heated cage dryers?
No. Every dog is hand-dried with us present the entire time — no unattended cage drying.
My dog is scared of the noise.
Tell us at booking. We can start on the lowest setting, dry more by towel, and build up as they settle.
